Honbu
Honbu is the head school of the World Seido Karate Organization; Grand Master Tadashi Nakamura, and Nidaime Kyoshi Akira Nakamura are the head instructors. All Seido students are encouraged to vist and train with them whenever you visit New York City.
Seido Karate Pittsburgh
Seido Karate Pittsburgh was founded in 2001 at Carnegie Mellon University by Thousand Waves alumnae Senpai Jodi Forlizzi and is operated under the supervision of our Chicago branch.
Sun Dragon Martial Arts
Sun Dragon Martial Arts in Austin Texas, was originally a Kyokushin karate school. Kyokushin is the root art of Seido. Sun Dragon has become an officially licensed branch school of the World Seido Karate Organization under the supervision of our Chicago branch.

Hand to Hand Kajukenbo
Hand to Hand provides traditional martial arts training and self defense
classes. The center was founded in 1980 by the late Professor Coleen
Gragen and is one of the largest woman-led schools on the West Coast.
Hand to Hand Kajukenbo is Sifu/Kyoshi Sarah's original school.
National Women's Martial Arts Federation
Thousand Waves Seido Karate is affiliated with this national organization,
which promotes the involvement of women and girls in the martial arts.
PAWMA
PAWMA - the Pacific Association of Women Martial Artists - is dedicated to
promoting women and girls' participation in the martial arts by providing
public education, role models, recognition of excellence, and
opportunities to train and share ideas with an extended network of
outstanding martial artists.
