Thousand Waves self-defense training is practical, effective, empowering and healing. The recipient of your gift will learn to perceive danger sooner, avoid / defuse / interrupt and confront abuse or assault, and have an opportunity to work with allies to reduce violence. Courses are offered four times per year.
