Thousand Waves offers the traditional martial art of Seido Karate for men, women and children ages 4 and up. We also offer violence preventions and self-defense workshops and courses. Our programs promote physical fitness, nonviolent conflict resolution, personal safety, and a non-quitting spirit. New Adult Black Belts
Also on April 12, three teen junior shodan presented their martial art for promotion to adult shodan. Having previously been awarded the rank of junior shodan in Seido Karate, these three reached the minimum age for adult shodan, and, having shown continued dedication to their training, promoted to the rank of adult shodan.
